Common questions
Does Biza Email have end-to-end encryption?
Not in the zero-knowledge sense that Proton does. Biza Email encrypts data in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256), which satisfies most enterprise compliance frameworks. If your threat model requires E2E encryption where even the provider cannot read messages, Proton Mail is the better fit — and we'll say so plainly.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Custom domains, multiple aliases per user, and catch-all routing are all included in the flat-rate plan — no extra configuration fees.
Is Biza Email GDPR compliant?
